S’il Vous Play! believes that play should be accessible to everyone. Our Community Outreach Program provides free Community Access Packages to trusted community organizations, who distribute them to people who may face financial, social, or systemic barriers to attending.

What’s Included

Each Community Access Package contains:

• A convention badge
• A small snack
• A drink
• A small swag item

Packages are given directly to partner organizations, who distribute them privately and respectfully within their communities. There is no cost to partners or recipients.

Optional Orientation

Partners may offer recipients a short, optional orientation before the convention. This can cover arrival, badge use, accessibility, beginner‑friendly options, and who to contact for help.

Privacy Commitment

S’il Vous Play! does not require recipient names or contact information unless a recipient chooses to share them. Partners should forward any orientation or survey links directly to recipients.

Future Goals

As capacity grows, we hope to expand the program to include:

• Free, facilitated board game sessions at partner locations
• Bilingual programming (EN/FR)
• Access to a game lending library
• Promotion of partner organizations through our channels
• Flexible, customizable community programming

Partner Expectations

We ask partner organizations to:

• Designate a contact person
• Distribute packages respectfully and privately
• Share optional orientation information
• Provide optional feedback after the convention

Our Commitment

S’il Vous Play! is committed to a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment. Recipients follow the same Code of Conduct and receive the same attendee support as all participants.
